the breakfast included a variety of food options. the underground parking was free and convenient. the room had a nice balcony with ample space.
the balcony door was broken and could not be locked. the shower water was barely warm in the morning. i had to buy overpriced water from reception since there was no minibar in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity.

the staff were amazing, seriously dedicated and cute. i got a suite upgrade, a very nice surprise! the bed was comfortable, and i really liked the high-quality linens.
the room i had faced the street and was pretty noisy. i could hear a lot of street sounds, especially at night. it impacted my sleep a little.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. Street sounds penetrated the thin walls at all hours. the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor that I could not get rid of, REALLY frustrating. The combined effect made it hard to sleep well.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty air conditioninghigh noise
I found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked, and it was august. also, the noise levels were HIGH. I could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. it WASN'T what i expected. staff, i spoke to, didn't seem too bothered about my complaints.
