food variety free parking spacious balcony broken door lukewarm water no minibar
the breakfast included a variety of food options. the underground parking was free and convenient. the room had a nice balcony with ample space.
the balcony door was broken and could not be locked. the shower water was barely warm in the morning. i had to buy overpriced water from reception since there was no minibar in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity.

surprisingly lovely!
dedicated staff comfortable bed
the staff were amazing, seriously dedicated and cute. i got a suite upgrade, a very nice surprise! the bed was comfortable, and i really liked the high-quality linens.
the room i had faced the street and was pretty noisy. i could hear a lot of street sounds, especially at night. it impacted my sleep a little.

friendly staff roomy rooms good breakfast unlocked door hard access street noise
the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. the rooms were comfy and roomy. the breakfast offered a good selection.
the balcony door didn't lock. the shower over the bath was hard to access. the hotel was noisy from the street and other guests.

Acceptable Hotel Stay with Some Issues
street noise unpleasant odor
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. Street sounds penetrated the thin walls at all hours. the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor that I could not get rid of, REALLY frustrating. The combined effect made it hard to sleep well.

the reception team, especially zineb, was cute and efficient. they swiftly addressed any questions i had throughout my stay. the hearty breakfast offered each morning provided a perfect start to my days. nassrine, the chambermaid, maintained my room super clean.

The front desk staff was always available. They assisted with directions and taxis. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. I found fresh omelets cooked to order each morning quite good.
The pool area was a bit small, though I never had trouble finding a lounger.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty air conditioning high noise
I found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked, and it was august. also, the noise levels were HIGH. I could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. it WASN'T what i expected. staff, i spoke to, didn't seem too bothered about my complaints.
